Marcus is a certified ISSA personal trainer with 10+ years of experience with youth athletes ages 14 and up throughout King County, WA. As the Wide Receiver coach for Garfield High School and other high school football clinics, Marcus was inspired to continue cultivating athletes in speed, agility, foundational movement, strength, and stability. Emboldening youth to live and shine with purpose, intelligence, and self-acceptance animates his efforts.
At A Glance
Marcus seeks to continually improve how inner-city youth navigate life through athletic and sports performance training. He achieves this by providing a creative perspective and connecting fitness with the personal journey of his clients. Many of his students have gone on to play professionally at the college level. Marcus values sincere connections with those whom he trains and values any effort that is made towards growth, both internally and externally. He consistently invites individuals to find time to be active, no matter how minimal, because mental and physical transformation will go hand in hand. He lives by example, dedicated to his community by offering partnerships with local schools, becoming an entrepreneur, and working towards his own dream while inspiring others to work towards theirs.

Jordan Daisy
Co-founder/Trainer
Jordan obtained his strength & conditioning certifications through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) (https://www.issaonline.com/). In addition, Jordan also received a degree in Human Services through Gray's Harbor College (https://www.ghc.edu/academics/degrees-and-certificates/professional/human-services).
At A Glance
Born April 23, 1988, in Seattle's Central District, Jordan developed a passion for sports. His mother attended an NBA game while pregnant with Jordan, but had to leave early because he was kicking so much due to the excitement of the game. Jordan's early passion for sports developed into a basketball career. As an 8th grader, Jordan was ranked in the top 100 in the country and went on to become a state champion in high school as a freshman. Jordan went on to win his second state championship in his senior year while attending Seattle's Franklin High School.
Before going on to play college basketball, Jordan also excelled in football as a quarterback & defensive back, and also ran track.
Throughout his athletic career, Jordan considered the weight room a second home. He recognized the value of practice combining weight training and drills to improve his performance. These experiences led him to pursue a career as a personal trainer.
