Our training space is equipped with the setup to experience HIIT-inspired resistance and progression training. The group classes feature a full-body circuit boot camp workout with various stations, complemented by some HIIT exercises. Sometimes it takes having people around you to tap into your motivation, especially when you see your collective success. The Performance Compound prioritizes community and offers necessary modifications for those who require them. The goal is to get you out the door and have a fun and rewarding time!
